I have not received my refund preference request form; how can I get it?

Can I transfer my registration to 2023?

Absolutely! Please fill out the registration preference form. All subsequent accommodation bookings, social function RSVP's and partner registrations will also be transferred. You will not need to register again for 2023 dates.

Can I transfer my registration to 2023 but receive a refund of my accommodation deposit?

Yes, please contact registration@asba2021.com.au to arrange this.

If I am to transfer my registration to 2023 what will the cancellation terms and conditions be?

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat at registration@asba2021.com.au. Cancellations must be made 2 months before the Conference which will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. There are also special terms and conditions to protect the delegate in the event of a Conference cancellation, Conference postponement and state border closures. Do I have to call the hotel to cancel my booking?

If you booked your accommodation through the Conference Secretariat you do not need to call the hotel to cancel your booking. The Accommodation Manager will do so on your behalf.

Can I have a refund of my deposit?

Yes, you can. Please fill out the refund preference request form. If you have not received this, please contact registration@asba2021.com.au.

Can I use the accommodation deposit for ASBA 2023?

Yes, the accommodation deposit can be held as credit for ASBA 2023 accommodation.

Will the same hotels be available in ASBA 2023?

New contracts at the same hotels will be negotiated as well as those hotels surrounding the MCEC that may no longer be part of the international quarantine program.

Will the accommodation refund be processed with the registration refund?

Yes, a refund application form will be sent to you.

Will I be getting a full accommodation refund?

Yes, a full refund for your accommodation will be available.

Sponsorship and Exhibition

If I roll over my sponsorship will I remain with the same package and booth space?

Yes, if you choose to continue your support, you will receive the same package and space preference. All sponsors and exhibitors who continue their support will not have to apply CPI.

I can’t commit to 2023 at this stage and would like a refund.

All refunds will be processed by bank transfer (as per the terms and conditions for 75% of the full amount payable). We will keep you up-to-date with the planning for 2023 and the opportunities available. As the exhibition is based on a first-come first-served basis we cannot guarantee that your preferred exhibition booth would be available should you wish to re-commit, but we will endeavour to work with you as best we can.

If I wish to cancel my sponsorship accepting the 25% fee how do I receive my refund?

All refunds will be processed by bank transfer. Please confirm we have the correct details.

If I stay on will my company logo still be acknowledged on the conference website?

Absolutely! We will be updating the website with the 2023 Conference dates and your sponsorship will remain acknowledge granting two years of extra exposure.

If I do request a refund does that release my sponsorship or booth choice?

Your sponsorship or booth choice will become available for others to secure once your refund has been processed.

With my sponsorship I also booked one of your preferred accommodation venues through the Secretariat, will I get a refund for this?

We can confirm that as per the Terms and Conditions negotiated for all accommodation secured through the Secretariat, a full refund applies. We will be re-negotiating rooms at the same properties and will keep you updated here via the ASBA 2021 website.
